Marry Me Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Meatloaf:

1 box of savory herb STOVE TOP stuffing

1 package of dry beefy onion soup mix

1 pckg of Pioneer dry roasted beef gravy

1 cup of hot water

1 egg

1 lb of ground beef

½ onion finely chopped

Parsley

¼ cup of milk

1 cup of chicken stock

Glaze:

½ cup ketchup

1 ½ tbsp of brown sugar

1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

½ tsp of sea salt

¼ tsp of black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375

Add stuffing, beefy onion soup & beef gravy to bowl

Pour 1 cup of hot water over and fluff

Add in egg, ground beef, onion, parsley and milk

Mix well with hands

In a lightly greased baking dish add your meatloaf and form into a loaf

Pour ½ cup of chicken stock around the meat

Bake uncovered 25 minutes

While this is cooking mix all your ingredients for your glaze

After 25 minutes your chicken stock will most likely evaporated so add another ½ cup of chicken stock around meat and brush the top with your glaze

Cook an additional 20 minutes

Remove from oven to cutting board, let rest 10-15 minutes

Slice and serve

Pairs well with mashed potatoes and green beans
